US shipping

Standard shipping to the U.S. is FREE on all orders above $50.

You can expect delivery within 3-7 business days from the order date. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped.

For U.S. orders under $50, shipping costs $5.


 Canada shipping

You can expect delivery within 3-10 business days from the order date. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped.

There is a $12 shipping fee for the expedited shipping package for orders over $50.

There is a $20 shipping fee for the expedited shipping package for orders under $50.

**Canada order may be subject to customs duties by the destination. 


 International Shipping (excluding Canada)

You can expect delivery within 7-21 business days from the order date. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped.

There is a $20 shipping fee for orders above $50 International USPS Shipping.

There is a $25 shipping fee for orders under $50 International USPS Shipping.

**International purchases (including Canada) may be subject to customs duties by the destination country.

*In the case of items being damaged during shipment, please immediately contact our customer care department at info@medicloshop.com. We will work with you to replace your item as soon as possible. If we have a replacement in stock, we will send it to you at no charge to you and may ask you to return the damaged/defective item to us using our free return service.

*All returns are free on US orders, all the time. Due to increased volume and the impact of COVID-19, returns processing is delayed. For employee safety, we hold items for 3 days before processing any return. Refunds should be expected in 5-7 business days after the return process is complete.
