2020 BFCM orders will begin shipping on 12/1. When you place an order from 11/25 - 11/29, we will begin shipping on 12/1. For 2020 BFCM sales orders, delivery delays are expected.

Shipping, Return, and Exchange Information
US Standard shipping is FREE on all orders above $50.
For all U.S. orders under $50, shipping costs $5.
International Shipping (including Canada)
International shipping may take from 7-21 business days from the date of the order.
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped.
You can choose your delivery date during your check out process.

*In the case of items being damaged during shipment, please immediately contact our customer care department at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will work with you to replace your item as soon as possible. If we have a replacement in stock, we will send it to you at no charge to you and may ask you to return the damaged/defective item to us using our free return service.

*All returns are free on US orders, all the time. Due to increased volume and the impact of COVID-19, return processing is delayed. For employee safety, we hold items for 3 days before processing any return. Refunds should be expected in 5-7 business days after the return process is complete.
