Most orders are shipped within 1-3 BUSINESS days from the date of purchase pending payment verification and product availability. After orders are shipped, we estimate that packages will be delivered within 3-10 BUSINESS days of the ship date for US orders.

US Shipping

US Standard Shipping is FREE on all orders above $50.

Depending on your ordered items' availability, US Shipping may take 3-10 business days from the time your order is placed.
You will receive an email or text with tracking information when your order is shipped.

For all U.S. orders under $50, shipping is $5.



 

Canada Shipping 

Depending on your ordered items' availability, Canada shipping may take 3 -14 business days from the time your order is placed.
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped.

* Customs, duties and handling charges will be collected when you order.

International Shipping 

Depending on your ordered items' availability, International Shipping may take 3-21 business days from the time your order is placed.
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped.

**International Shipping Charges exclude customs and duties. Please note that you may be subject to these charges, as it is based on your country's policies.

We do not cover the costs of international returns and exchanges. Please use any shipping carrier of your choice to return your items. Contact us at help@medicloshop.com for more information.

 



 

*Shipping rates are subject to change. 

* If items are damaged during shipment, please immediately contact our customer service team at help@medicloshop.com. We will work with you to replace your item as soon as possible. If we have a replacement in stock, we will send it at no charge to you. We may ask you to return the damaged/defective item using our free return service for quality control purposes.

*All returns are free on US orders. Due to increased volume and the impact of COVID-19, return processing is delayed. For employee safety, we hold items for 3 days before processing any return. Please expect refunds to be issued in 5-7 business days after the return process is complete. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
