Order Amount Over $50:
For orders totaling $50 or more, we're pleased to offer free shipping and returns. This means that if your order exceeds $50, you won't incur any additional costs for having the items shipped to you or for returning them if needed.
Order Amount Under $50:
In the event that your order is less than $50, we do have a $8 shipping and return fee. This fee helps cover the cost of shipping your items to you and processing any potential returns.
Don't worry about having second thoughts about your purchase. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return it and no later.
To be eligible for return or exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, in the same condition that you received it, with the original tags intact, free of makeup, deodorant, and/or other stains (i.e. liquid, oil, ink).
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that we do not cover the return label for any international orders. Please contact us at email@example.com for further assistance with an international return/exchange. Should you opt for a refund for the order, you will only be refunded the full amount back to your original payment method- shipping cost not included.
Please note due to increased volume and the impact of Covid-19, return processing is delayed. Refunds should be expected in 5-7 business days after the return process is completed.
Due to the current holiday period, please allow between 5-10 business days for returns processing. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
We reserve the right to refuse, worn, washed, or damaged items.
Embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

If items are damaged during shipment, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will work with you to replace your item as soon as possible. If we have a replacement in stock, we will send it at no charge to you. We may ask you to return the damaged/defective item using our free return service for quality control purposes.
