What kind of fabric is FYSEL®?
FYSEL® is a recycled polyester fiber made from recycled plastic bottles. The bottles are collected, cleaned, broken down into chips and converted into polyester fiber. This helps reduce plastic waste in landfills and oceans.
Using FYSEL® for medical scrubs has advantages. The soft, comfortable fibers are suitable for scrubs worn for long periods. Polyester is moisture-wicking, keeping healthcare workers dry in fluid situations. It's durable for frequent washing and wear.
