Care Instructions
- Machine wash inside out
- Gentle cycle with like colors
- Use non-chlorine bleach only when needed
- Tumble dry low
- Air fluff setting or simply hang dry to help prevent wrinkles

Absolutely love them! They are so comfortable, stretchy, soft to the touch, and for great! I was just telling a coworker that I plan on ordering more!
True to size! For reference, I am 4’11” (ideal inseam is 25” Sicily is 26”) and it is an almost perfect fit. You may have to cuff the ends, as it will slightly go past your shins.
Color is very bright and vibrant- 5’1” & 95lbs, the XXS petite fits a bit loose. I feel like it could be a bit more fitted, but it looks fine.
I was excited to wear my new scrubs, however the color faded after 1 wash.😭😭😭😭
After the first wash as instructed: inside out and cold water the fabric fades horribly with a white cast. Was excited for the chocolate brown color but I’m disappointed
I'm 5'4" and 190lbs and the large fit great in length and every where else!
These pants are so soft and in my opinion, even softer than Figs. I do wish it came it petite sizing since I have to pull the pants up real high to get the length I want without have it drape over my shoes. I'm 5 ft 1 and 110 lbs.

The pin tuck scrub pants fit perfect! They look professional and are the perfect length, not too long. I tucked the essential scrub top (the absolute softest material) into them. Run true to size, I usually wear a size 26 in jeans and got a size small.
These pants exceeded my expectations and made me a total mediclo lover! I am 150# and 5'7 and wear a medium pant and small top. The amount of pockets on these scrubs, as well as the comfort of the fabric and style are what make these the perfect scrubs for me. They are also made of sustainable fabric which align with my goal of supporting green businesses! I'm so grateful to have found this brand. I have had issues with figs brand scrubs being too big in mediums and too small in a size small pant... so another reason I LOVE mediclo, they are true to size!
I bought a pair of these in January in the same size and style. I got a pair this month and they had a pouch of extra fabric in the belly area and did not fit like the same style and size I ordered just 6 months before. Also I think their customer service is nice but understaffed and overwhelmed. I will most likely return to wearing my former brand in scrubs due to these experiences.
I bought 3 pairs. I haven't worn it yet. 1st laundry, all colors faded! What a scam!!! I couldn't even return it since it was on sale. Ugly piece of cloth!
Great scrubs but they run small.
Size up
These are NOT TENCEL. Mediclo is straight up lying about the fabric content and their sustainability.
My husband and I ordered from Mediclo a few years ago and were really happy with the quality, so when I needed new scrubs we came back. We both care a lot about sustainability and fast fashion... So I'm VERY disappointed and angry to find out that these "75% Tencel" pants are actually 75% polyester! The lining is even 100% polyester!! Tencel is supposed to be WOOD PULP, not plastic! This is a blatant lie. I want my money back.
I love Mediclo tensely scrubs. This purchase was different. I started a claim on a clearance item. Reason is due to the fact they sent me an XS regular instead of an XS petite. It’s been 10 days and it’s still pending indicating very poor service. I have never made a claim but this is unacceptable. I know it’s only $26.74 but in this economy unacceptable.
I like wearing my scrubs. It's comfy and looks good. I feel more confident in it!
I decided to start buying "real" scrubs to wear on days I am not in the OR. I recieve so many compliments on all my Mediclo scrubs, especially the Sicily pants. It is refreshing to feel polished and tailored while still being able to move freely when helping my patients.
I got complimented on wearing this yesterday. Per my patient, “it gives chic and classic style “. Please make more of this style, as the pintuck makes it chic, paired with a collared top scrub. Also, it has a nice fit and the fabric is fabulous. More power!!

The quality of these scrubs are amazing. They feel extremely soft, fit well and I love the styles offered.
Tried to get a replacement, but no response. Worst customer service or company.
Not a bad product at all. True to size, but be aware that because TENCEL is made of plants, machine washing will create a white cast.
