Returns & Exchanges

Don't worry about having second thoughts about your purchase. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return it and no later.

To be eligible for return or exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, in the same condition that you received it, with the original tags intact, free of makeup, deodorant, and/or other stains (i.e. liquid, oil, ink).

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

We reserve the right to refuse, worn, washed, or damaged items.

Embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

Shipping

Due to increased volume and the impact of Covid-19, return processing is delayed. Refunds should be expected in 5-7 business days after the return process is completed.

US SHIPPING

US standard shipping is FREE on all orders above $50.

Depending on your ordered items' availability, US shipping may take 3-10 business days from the time your order is placed. You will receive an email or text with tracking information when your order is shipped.

*For all US orders under $50 shipping is $5*

CANADA SHIPPING

Depending on your ordered items' availability, Canada shipping may take 3-5 business days from the time your order is placed. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped.

*$24 USD flat fee includes customs, duties, and handling charges*

international shipping

Depending on your ordered items' availability, International shipping may take 3-21 business days from the time your order is placed. You will receive tracking information when your order is shipped.

*International shipping charges exclude customs and duties. Please note that you may be subject to these charges, as it is based on your country's policies*

*We do not cover the costs of International (including Canada) returns and exchanges. Please use any shipping carrier of your choice to return your items*

Damaged Items

If items are damaged during shipment, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will work with you to replace your item as soon as possible. If we have a replacement in stock, we will send it at no charge to you. We may ask you to return the damaged/defective item using our free return service for quality control purposes.
