Most orders are fulfilled within 1-3business days pending credit verification and product availability. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent via email or text. Thank you for supporting us!

US SHIPPING

US standard shipping is FREE on all orders above $50.

Depending on your ordered items' availability, US shipping may take 3-10 business days from the time your order is placed. You will receive an email or text with tracking information when your order is shipped.

*For all US orders under $50 shipping is $5*

International Shipping

*Canada shipping may take 3-5 business days from the time your order is placed. You will receive an email with DHL tracking information when your order is shipped.

>>> The shipping cost for all CANADA orders will be determined during check-out. This cost will include taxes, customs, and duties charges.

 

*Korea shipping may take 5-10 business days from the time your order is placed. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped. Your Parcel will be delivered under the name of the Direct Purchase Shipping Agency.

*International shipping may take 3-21 business days from the time your order is placed. You will receive tracking information when your order is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

 

Don't worry about having second thoughts about your purchase. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return it and no later.

To be eligible for return or exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, in the same condition that you received it, with the original tags intact, free of makeup, deodorant, and/or other stains (i.e. liquid, oil, ink).

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that we do not cover the return label for any international orders. Please contact us at help@medicloshop.com for further assistance with an international return/exchange. Should you opt for a refund for the order, you will only be refunded the full amount back to your original payment method- shipping cost not included.

Please note due to increased volume and the impact of Covid-19, return processing is delayed. Refunds should be expected in 5-7 business days after the return process is completed.

Due to the current holiday period, please allow between 5-10 business days for returns processing. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

We reserve the right to refuse, worn, washed, or damaged items.

Embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

Damaged Items

 

If items are damaged during shipment, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will work with you to replace your item as soon as possible. If we have a replacement in stock, we will send it at no charge to you. We may ask you to return the damaged/defective item using our free return service for quality control purposes.
