Fabric that does it all!
We researched and found that most scrubs on the market, even recently debuted products, were inflexible and rough. MEDICLO invested time and effort looking for a solution to these problems, while also implementing sustainability into the process. We love our planet being eco-friendly is paramount to our mission.
After much trial and error, we developed TENCEL™ blended fabrics. This process results in high resource efficiency, low environmental impact, a practical aesthetic.
Our fabric features:
- Silky Softness
- Velvety Texture
- Gentle on Skin
- Limited Bacteria Growth
- Flexibility for a full range of performance
- Cooler than Linen
- More absorbent than Cotton
- Thermal Regulation
- Moisture Wicking
- Resistance to Static Cling
We use TENCEL™ fiber in our products.
TENCEL™ fiber is a natural product made from sustainably sourced wood through environmentally responsible processes.
This type of fiber allows our fabric to breath, stay gentle on skin, feel silky soft, and all-natural. The fabric has also been designed to limit bacteria growth, stop sweat before it starts, maintain thermal control, and give off a luxurious appearance.
Sustainability will always be one of our top priorities and TENCEL™ fiber has helped us move toward that goal.
As it currently stands, we use polyester and spandex to develop our medical apparel line. We understand that these fibers are synthetic and that makes our products not completely sustainable.
To that end, we are searching every day for new combinations of fabric that can make our process100% sustainable, yet remain 100% comfortable and stylish. Thank you for understanding and we hope to be able to provide you with completely sustainable medical apparel soon.
